Instructions of use:

Hold the mask on your face with your hand against your chin.  Adjust the line of the nose strip to attach it to the nose bridge and hang the rubber bands on both sides. Adjust the top and bottom part of the mask to the face.

Use both fingers to press the sides of the metal strip until it is completely pressed into the shape of the nose bridge.
