Easy to transport, ergonomic, easy to use, intuitive: a new opportunity for making the beneficial effects of MLS® Laser Therapy available everywhere, in your clinic or at patient’s home. Completely independent, provided with lythium battery, with moderate dimensions and weight. Mphi is equipped with an innovative backlit color graphic touch-screen display that interacts with the operator in an intuitive manner.
The synchronised action, specific of MLS® Laser Therapy, administered by Mphi, allows obtaining a complex and refined light pulse capable of transferring the light energy to the anatomical structures targeted by the therapy with great efficiency. The patient can thus overcome the acute phase of pain quickly and lastingly, effectively promoting functional recovery.

Mphi 5 allows simultaneous dual treatment.
While the operator is using the handpiece on painful and trigger points, the Charlie multidiode applicator works uniformly on large areas of tissue, such as major muscle groups or entire joints, in automatic fixed pointer mode.
The operator is assisted in the choice of the treatment thanks to the pre-set, but customisable, therapeutic programs.

Mphi 75 offers all the features of the well-known and appreciated Mphi model, with a new handpiece with a peak laser source of 75 Watt, together with highly specialised distinctive features, such as the specific cone light guide and dedicated software for laser puncture sessions. The personalization of the protocols, in a specific area, allowing the creation and storage of parameters ready to be used at any time.

Multi-target with automatic scan
M6 enables the automatic delivery of MLS® Laser Therapy: the robotized head uniformly covers the entire target area and highlights multi-targets.
Treatment times are carefully calibrated to deliver the best possible energy dose to the tissue being treated.
The wide range of movements enables the M6 to be adapted to the chosen course of treatment, allowing the patient to be treated in various positions, either sitting, lying down or at a distance, without risk of contamination.
The multi-target application mode with bustrophedic (bi-directional) scanning, the "Greek" way, allows large areas of tissue to be treated rapidly and uniformly.

Thanks to its exclusive MLS® multidiode applicator with 75W Peak Power, M8 provides rapid and automatic delivery of MLS® Laser Therapy.
The movement of the column and arm and rotation of the head in 5 robotized directions, enable perfect positioning on the target area.
The enhanced MLS® pulse results in faster improvement of symptoms with reduced treatment times in “hands-free” mode.
Once the treatment parameters have been entered, the therapist just needs to supervise the treatment which is performed hands-free at a distance, in total safety. There is no contact between the robotised head and the patient, thus avoiding potential contamination.
Therapy protocol and head adjustment parameters are displayed and can be changed via an advanced and user-friendly interface.
The new software offers complete protocols with relevant illustrations to guide the operator during the therapy.

MLS® High Peak Pulse
MiS is a device with never-before-seen performance, capable of combining the synchronized action of MLS® Laser Therapy with Hilterapia® distinctive pulsed power.
The very high, instantaneous peak power and a controlled average power are consistent with the choice of pursuing efficacy while safeguarding patients’ safety. The modulation in short pulses allows in fact to “tame” the peak power, taking advantage of its therapeutic benefits in complete safety, avoiding damaging thermal effects.
In addition to the therapeutic characteristics typical of the MLS® family, MiS finds an application in peripheral neuropathies, as demonstrated by ASAcampus scientific research.
The application of MiS in a recognized model of chronic neuropathic pain shows a clear and lasting reduction in pain symptomatology, accompanied by functional recovery. From the biological point of view, the treatment with MiS promotes the recovery of the nerve fibres that have been damaged in the lesion area, as confirmed by histological and immunohistochemical evaluations. Specifically, sheath reorganization is important both for nerve trophism and conduction.
Thus, MiS is particularly indicated for the treatment of neuropathic pain.
It inherits the demonstrated efficacy and therapeutic superiority of the synchronised emission of MLS® (continuous and pulsed wavelengths, 808nm + 905nm) and it enhances the peak power of the pulsed component.
The spatial overlap between the different wavelengths ensures the diffusion of the MiS energy mix on the irradiated area. The adopted optical technology allows a uniform beam profile and a homogeneous energy distribution on the target area.

HIRO TT is the ultimate application of Hilterapia®, the new therapeutic strategy in the treatment of painful pathologies of the musculoskeletal system based on the principle of thermal exchange.
HIRO TT combines the Nd:YAG pulsed laser source with a cooling system which lowers the temperature of the skin and the underlying tissues, called SmartCooler.
